Gary Kinser
President and CEO
Gary founded Kin-Care Services, Inc. in 1995 following 12 years with the United States Marine Corps as a jet technician. His extensive background in technical science provided him with a strong foundation for commercial and residential construction. Gary leads his team in delivering first-class construction and construction management services to clients across the state of Florida.
Gary has also served for the Sarasota Civil Air Patrol as Pilot-in-Command, lending his piloting skills in many search-and-rescue efforts throughout Florida. His passion for flying has allowed many young cadets to experience their first flight. He has also worked with Canine Rescue Teams and provided flights for handlers and their animals.
Gary is currently Vice-President and Safety Officer for Sarasota SeaBreeze Flyers, a non-profit organization at Sarasota-Bradenton Airport.

John Kinser
Senior Vice President and Project Manager
John has over 9 years of experience in new commercial and residential construction and specializes in residential remodeling. He services Sarasota, Hendry, Glades, Highlands, Okeechobee, Hardee, Desoto, Charlotte and Lee counties.
Combining courtesy and professionalism, John has relied on these key aspects in order to provide clients with peace of mind. His goal is to provide the best service while maintaining a positive, long-lasting relationship with clients.
John has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Florida and is a Florida State Licensed General Contractor.
